  • Programming responsibilities: Gameplay programming, technical design, behavior prototyping, particle and shader design/implementation, bugfixing

  • Team Size: 8 developers

  • Misc. responsibilities: Creative direction, level design, concept artwork, texture artwork, playtesting, game design documents

  • Created, arranged, and refined game design documents, including the initial ideas and draft for the game

  • Conducted multiple playtesting sessions and interviews, organizing reports to discuss with the team afterwards

  • Bridged communication between designers and programmers in order to clearly communicate and implement mechanics

  • Spearheaded concept artwork for player, enemy, UI, and environment assets with notes on how they could be implemented mechanically

  • Rapidly prototyped stage elements and enemy behaviors based on the framework created by the tech team

  • Used Unity’s Shader Graph system to create aesthetically pleasing and stylized environments
